It’s Friday, which means it’s time for a mid-challenge inspiration post for Kitty Bee Designs Aloha Friday Challenges!  This is week #2 of our 2nd challenge – Red, White & Blue.

This week I went with a simple tag… Little A had some leftover kites from his end-of-the-year favors and we decided to give it to some schooltime friends we haven’t seen in a while.  I thought this Panda with the kite was perfect… funny how some things work out!! I was looking for something to make using this image, and separately looking for something to give out to those kids and they fit just nicely!!

Hope everyone has a nice weekend – it was forecasted to rain all week and it kind of has… We are hoping the weather is nice for the weekend.  It’s the last weekend of the 50th State Fair and we were hoping to take the kids on Saturday afternoon/evening.  They’ve never been to a fair/carnival with rides and I highly doubt they’d ride anything but at least we can say we tried!!

The challenge this week over at Hiding in my Craft Room is to Use Dies/Punches on your projects.  You should see some of the DT members’ projects… Those ladies took off with this theme!!

I used a top note die (cut in half) and the small scallop circle punch by SU! on this card.  Hope you can join us this week over at HIMCR!!

I chose to keep it simple and stick with the primary colors, “Red, Yellow, Blue.”  I pulled the PP from my scraps… It was superhero themed but I can’t find any superhero images, so I went with this Football Ian.  Dude is ADORABLE.
