Back with SID!!

Just a really quick post for me today.  Baby Z had his 2-mo checkup yesterday and it came with 3 shots… so he was fussy, feverish and his poor chubby legs were sore =o(  and I was EXHAUSTED and couldn’t get ANYTHING done… luckily he gave me about an hour of a break and I was able to get dinner made and on the table.  But that was about it for productivity.  haha.

I just wanted to share some really fun news… I’m back with the Stick it Down double page team!!  yay!!  There’s actually a new badge coming but I found my old one in the mean time!!

I was lucky enough to have made it for their first term but then… well, you know the story by now.  haha.  Glad to be back and there’s some changes to come January 2015!  There’s still 3 sketches – card, single page layout, and double page layout… but they all launch on the 1st of the month and close on the last of the month.  So much easier to keep track of!!

I’m off to get some cleaning done… We have 3 different projects going on starting tomorrow – the contractor who is extending our walkway (been here since before Thanksgiving) and building a small retaining wall, the roofer who is giving us a new roof (he started Tuesday), and the people installing our AC.  I know, it’s crazy to be doing all of this at once but that’s how their schedules worked out and it is what it is.  And I know, we don’t really need AC now that it’s winter and finally cooled down but we still have these random hot and muggy days depending on which way the wind blows.  And if that doesn’t happen this winter, we’ll just be better prepared for next year!!
