This week and next, rather than running our usual Blog Hop on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog, the Design Team at The Paper Shelter is honoring our beautiful co-founder Veronica, who tragically left us on the 25th of September 2024.
Veronica was a kind, supportive, beautiful soul, who alongside her co-founder Pedro, produced the images we all know and love to create with. There is a vacuum in the world today, where Veronica used to be, and we will miss her terribly.
Grief is always such a difficult thing especially when it’s someone you know but have never met in person. But that doesn’t make the loss any less sad and if anything, makes me sad that I’ll never get to grow a friendship with her and maybe even meet her in person one day to thank her for sharing her gift with the world and allowing me to play on her DT. Thank you, Veronica for everything and thank you, Pedro, for continuing her legacy and letting us continue to honor her and the beautiful company you’ve created together.
This week I’m using the beautiful digi Hugging my Winter Teddy Bear from The Paper Shelter Store.
Love you, Veronica. And love to Pedro and family too. I will keep Veronica in my heart and support you and TPS for as long as I continue to craft!
